Curtsies and Conspiracies by Gail Carriger

"Something is definitely afoot. Or should I say, 'a soot' "

My anticipation for the next installment of Gail Carriger's espionage finishing school series was at an all time high. The incoming email from book depository to say that it was on its way was just a tease, but eventually I got to escape into its pages full of delightful adventure.
Sophronia is as delightful as ever, if perhaps a little morally confused by her chosen profession of espionage.
This latest installment promises the usual bunch of thrills and the growing recognition that Soap's appeal could be more than mere friendship and that he might have some competition in the would be suitor stakes.
Life on the dirigible is due for some upheaval and its all cause for an entertaining adventure.

5 out of 5 boiler room antics can leave you sooty.
